Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Playxrift, we strive to provide a fair and transparent platform for all our users. Since our services are based on digital tournament entries and virtual coins, the following rules apply:
Refund Policy
- All payments made for coins, tournament entries, or any in-app services are final and non-refundable.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct tournament and package before confirming payment.
- Coins purchased cannot be converted into real currency or transferred outside the Playxrift platform.
- Playxrift does not offer refunds for accidental purchases, user errors, or change of mind.
Tournament Cancellations
- Once a player registers for a tournament, the entry cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
- If Playxrift cancels a tournament due to technical issues, insufficient registrations, or other unforeseen circumstances, users may receive compensation in the form of coins/credits which can be used for future tournaments. Cash refunds will not be issued.
Failed Transactions
- In the event of a failed or incomplete transaction (e.g., money deducted but coins not credited), users must immediately contact our support team with proof of payment.
- After verification, Playxrift will either credit the coins or provide an equivalent solution.
Prize Distribution
- Prizes for tournaments will be awarded directly by Playxrift via the method communicated at the time of the event.
- Since no withdrawal option exists within the platform, all prize claims will be handled through direct contact with winners.
